Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided with your order when tracking information is available.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation after 5 business days, please check your Junk or Spam folder before contacting us.

If your order has still not shipped by the 6th business day, please contact us. Additional processing time may be required while our fulfillment team investigates the delay.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times are:

• U.S. orders: approximately 8–11 business days.
• International orders: approximately 10–20 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may not update immediately after an order ships.

Depending on the carrier and shipping method:

• The first tracking scan may occur after the package reaches a regional facility.
• Tracking updates may be delayed.
• Some shipping services may provide limited tracking.
• In some cases, tracking information may not appear until later in the delivery process.

A lack of immediate tracking updates does not necessarily mean that your package is lost.

Delayed Deliveries

If tracking has not updated or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please allow additional time for carrier delays.

For U.S. orders, if delivery has not occurred after approximately 20 business days, please allow up to an additional 5 business days for delivery.

For international orders, if delivery has not occurred after approximately 25 business days, please allow up to an additional 5 business days.

If an order remains undelivered after approximately:

• 30 business days for U.S. orders, or
• 35 business days for international orders,

please contact us so our team can investigate the shipment.

Free Shipping

Orders shipped using a free-shipping option are generally targeted for delivery within 8–11 business days for U.S. orders.

Free shipping may use the most cost-efficient available shipping method.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may not always be available.

If an expedited option is displayed at checkout, the delivery estimate shown at checkout will apply. Estimated transit times may vary by destination and carrier.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-specific charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

Customs processing may also extend delivery times.

Delivery Dates

Delivery estimates are calculated based on the estimated shipment date plus the applicable carrier transit time.

Business days generally exclude weekends and holidays unless a carrier specifically provides weekend or holiday delivery.

Any delivery countdown or estimated date displayed before checkout is an estimate and may change until the order is placed.

Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation may contain the most current available delivery information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned or delayed because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs or other limitations may apply.
